Looking for Room for Me and Cat

The search for an apartment on my own has been difficult. If you want to join forces to try to find a place together let me know.

My budget is $ depending if it’s shared or not.

Ideally somewhere around Humboldt, Logan area. Pilsen too. Anywhere nearby the L is great too.

Me:

Freshly in my ’s. I am a professional tour guide. I just moved back being in Austin, Texas for a year. Really chill. I just watch tv and movies, read, craft. I come from a family of neat freaks so I’m tidy but not pathologically so.

I have a cat, Arya. She is super clean, very sweet, albeit a bit of a diva. I say she likes attention more than affection.

I do have an apartment of furnishings in storage, it wouldn't completely fill out the common space but just something to consider.

Things I value in a roommate:
- Also tidy.
- green friendly
- preferably a woman or part of alphabet mafia
- Ideally no pets because I said, Arya doesn't like other animals ):
- clear communication with kindness

Perks of being a roommate with me:
- I am a pretty good cook and love to share food, but won't just take ingredients from your supply.
- I have a pretty great spatial intelligence, which is great for; rearranging spaces, organizing pantries or squeezing in storage into closets.
- Most of my friends prefer hanging out at their own house, so l'm out a fair bit.
- I have a talent to find anything interesting, so l can always listen to you yap if you just need someone to listen.
