Description

This is an apartment share, you will have a VERY large bedroom (a converted living room, in fact, so EXTREMELY spacious), well-lit, crystal clean and in great condition. A cozy bathroom and an ample, comfortable kitchen. The room is partially furnished with a very large DLP television and a sofa-bed upon request.

Laundry is available in the building and parking as well, (negotiable outside of the rental price!) there is plenty available street-parking. Wi-Fi is included. The number 2 Beeline bus stops right in front of the building (ten minute ride to the 1 train in the Bronx, easy morning commute), the apartment is a ten minute walk from Yonkers station Metro North.

Please have your last 2 pay stubs and or proof of income and funds. 2 references required as well.

Please note that I DO NOT accept government programs, I'm an individual with room to spare, not a tenant officer.

A little background on me, I am a landlord, currently also pursuing a career in law enforcement. I'm clean, polite and easygoing, but I don't suffer fools, be respectful, considerate and pay on time and we should get along famously.
