Room available in March

Description

My old roommate is moving so his room will be available soon. There's a washer and dryer in the basement, the heat works great, and the oven is new. It's usually quiet here. The couple who rent the downstairs are friendly, and I can usually only hear them when big football games happen. I rarely have company over, and when I do, it's usually my mom.

The location is great and everything is in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe, honestly I left my car windows down once and people left candy in the front seat instead of robbing me. There's a local homeless guitarist dude named Dave who's sometimes at the Sunoco up the street, and there's this nice down syndrome guy who's always outside waving at cars in the summer.
