Just purchased my first home in the outskirts of clt, about minutes from center uptown! Right next to the hwy so it’s a good location if you have to commute anywhere!

Looking to rent out one of my rooms! It is a 3br house and you will have your own furnished bedroom and bathroom!

Rental price is negotiable, as I am just looking for a roomate while I get my feet off of the ground as a first time homeowner(First year or two)! (Perfect for people trying to save up or are inbetween living situations) however if we vibe and you enjoy your living space I am definitely open to you staying longer 🙂

I do have dogs and a cat but they are super human and animal friendly! Would prefer someone that has no pets, but that also can be discussed! We would just have to organize all the furrbabies to meet eachother so they are also happy and comfortable!

I can send you pictures of the house and space directly, I receive my keys thursday the rd so it will just be a video from the walk through I did! Once I receive my keys you are more than welcome to come by and view the place as well 🙂
