Rooms for rent

Two rooms for rent, all utilities will be shared (water, pg&e, garbage, WiFi) looking to rent out at least one room and the hall bathroom w/ access to the entire home kitchen fully stocked with appliances and common area furniture, and laundry in the garage, plenty of parking on a quiet family friendly court. Friendly Cats live in the home. Looking for a roommate ASAP my previous roommate moved away for a job. I am currently the only person living in the home. I am in my late twenties I don't have people over often and I would appreciate someone who doesn't have people over all of the time to keep the easy going peaceful environment of the home. I work a mixed schedule being a hairstylist, I'm very friendly and down to earth and I like doing my own thing. Looking to cut down my rent and utilities payment by having a roommate. I'm responsible and stable. I go visit friends some days so I may not be home always but my cats are always taken care of.
