Basement w/ bath and own entrance

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for this beautiful sublet we have from December 1 to April 30th in SE. We are 27 and are moving from North Portland. The zip code is 97206 in between Division & Powell

We only have this house as a sublet because in May we will be moving to Seattle. We are originally from Southern California but are loving this Portland life. We are chill, and most importantly DRAMA free. There are times when we hang out all day, and other days where we do not see each other. However you want to live is your choice :)

The house has two bedrooms on the main floor and one on the upper floor that we would be occupying. In the basement level there is a separate bedroom with bathroom with its own entrance that would be your room. You would be welcome to come upstairs to use the kitchen or to hang out with us! The backyard has gorgeous outdoor patio with vines and plants and a coy pond.

We are asking $1000 a month for rent with utilities included. Absolutely no pets, sorry.

The room is right now unfurnished but can be furnished in short time. We are open to discussing possibilities and meeting you! Please with questions. Hope to meet you soon.
