roommate in east delray

Hey! My name is Jessica. I am relocating to the Boca/delray area. If you know of anyone are or interested in moving there as well and would be interested in being roommates please let me know. My lease in Fort Lauderdale is up March 1st and I have all common area furniture, art work, etc. I am mainly interested in places close to Atlantic avenue. Person must be a non smoker, no cats, employed young professional and I prefer them not to have frequent overnight guests... Not looking to move in with a couple.

I would describe myself as very clean, young professional who works in finance, I don't party often but I do enjoy a glass of wine at home regularly, I am always early or on time with all of my bills, currently single and no pets. Please DM if interested. Thank you!
