Hi everyone, My roommate and I have a room coming available on January 1st. We are both young professionals in our late twenties. We both have active lifestyles, watch sports and enjoy hanging out. Our third roommate is relocating to another state for a job so we are looking for another easygoing/clean/active roommate to fill his spot. We live in a newly constructed 3Br, 3.5Bath townhouse, adjacent to the Wissahickon trails (great for for bikers, runners, hikers etc...), and only a few minutes from Main Street Manayunk. We are within walking distance to the Wissahickon train station as well. The townhouse is laid out as follows: 1st floor – 1 car garage, 1 bedroom & private bath 2nd floor – living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer utility room, half bath, and outside deck 3rd floor – 2 bedrooms 2 baths In addition to the 1 car garage, there are 2 driveway parking spots (both rare in Manayunk area), along with a 3rd side spot we share with the townhouse next door. Plenty of street parking is also available. The landlord here is also great; they repainted and re-carpeted the entire place 2 years ago at our request, and they are very flexible with the lease (we basically just find our own replacements that fit well into the house and with the other roommates, and sign a lease addendum).
