NEED ROOM ASAP - South Miami

Hi there!

I have recently accepted a position in the South Miami area and am looking for a private room - Move in: ASAP. If you are looking for a roomate but would set up a date to see if our personalities match.

I am hopeful to find a place with wifi and laundry preferably in unit. The apartment does not need to be furnished. I am a clean tenant with no pets! But I love animals if you have any. I have lived with both females and males (7 to be exact, and at one time) and have no preference.. I don't tolerate drama, I am upfront with those I live with, but am a very easy going person. My #1 rule: If you have a problem, tell me, I am a terrible guesser.

I am a very adventurous, fun-loving, and respectful roomate; I like to include those around me with on all of the wild adventures I partake on. There is never a dull moment with me unless I am sleeping.

I consider myself a professional movie-quoter who specializes in 90s comedies hits - I feel like this is important information to know becausee either someone knows what I'm quoting or may think I've lost my marbles (I feel like I'm taking crazy pills - .. Mr. Mugatu, Zoolander? no?) I don't sound this cheesy in person..
