Description

Two young professional women working and in grad school are looking for one additional roommate, either male or female. We currently live near IIT, Columbia, and a bus ride away from University of Chicago. We are within walking distance of Mercy Hospital, Red Line, Green Line, and the 1, 3, 4,21, and 29 bus routes. Our apartment is a three-bedroom one-bathroom apartment. The downstairs is the kitchen and living room, and the upstairs is the bathroom and three bedrooms. Your room is unfurnished, but we already have a variety of apartment accessories. In the living room we have a couch, coffee table, dining room set, and a giant TV, in the kitchen we have pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a microwave, and in the bathroom we have a shower curtain and other necessary cleaning supplies.

We both work a lot or are in school, so the apartment is pretty casual. Additionally, heat and gas are included in the rent, so all we pay is electricity and internet. There is laundry on (but not in the apartment), and parking is available if you want it. There is also free street parking nearby.

Additional things near our house are a gas station, Walgreens, McDonalds, Jewel Osco, LA Fitness, and 711. Also, we are very close to McCormick Place, Chinatown, and IIT.
