Currently seeking one roomate male or female that has a fulltime job or a fulltime student. The house is about 1300 sq ft 2 bath 3 bed. My third roommate moved last month to chicago due to work, and looking to fill his spot. I work 40- 50 hours a week and my roomate works fulltime as well, we would like someone compatible, someone who is clean and between the age 20-34 because we are both 25 years old. The house is amazing with a huge backyard, apple tree, pair trees, garden and centrally located, I5 and 217 are within 3 minutes of our house. All new appliances, super nice kitchen, double oven etc. This is nice quiet neighborhood. The room available is probably the biggest out of the three bedrooms. Lots of storage, we have everything in this house as well as a basement and shop. If you are interested please let me know as we need to find someone sooner then later, the new lease would start in December, but you can move in earlier if needed. House is on a good size lot. brandon aufenthie. This room will go fast. We are very clean and I work 5-6 days a week and wake up at 530 a.m so need someone who is respectful (not too loud) and doesnt have parties on weekdays. Dogs are OK because we have a huge fenced in backyard
