This listing is for one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. You will be sharing the space with another person. The bathroom, eat-in kitchen, bedrooms, even the walls and hardwood flooring are all brand new (August 2014). The apartment was completely renovated last year and everything in it is in great shape. You will have your own bed, new bedding, closet with hangars, bedside table in your room. You will also have access to wifi internet for free. There is a small sitting area in the apartment with a super comfy loveseat, ottoman, and coffee table, and there is a large eat-in kitchen with stove, over, microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator. All of these kitchen appliances, as well as the stocked cabinets that contain dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans area all a little more than a year old (purchased September 2014) and are in GREAT shape. Linens for the bed are included (bed pad, sheets, comforters, pillows) and two sets of towels are also included (2 bath sheets, 2 hand towels, 2 face cloths) as well as an ironing board and iron. There are even hangars in the closet. You will LOVE this space.
