I am looking for a one Bedroom with a room,studio,or efficiency for my boyfriend and I .He is 36 and I am 34 years old. We both work full-time. I have my 8 year old daughter on the weekends. We have no pets. We only smoke outside. We drink wine/beer occasionally. We don't party much at all anymore. We are very clean people. We both work two jobs so 40 plus hours a week and are rarely home. We only have one vehicle so do not need two parking spaces.
