Share my house with me! I'm hardly ever home so most of the time you'd have the house to yourselves. I am a friendly female looking for 1 responsible and CLEAN roommate. My current roommate is a female professional (9-5) and college student.

Room $975:

Large 13X11 furnished room. Hardwood floors with 2 windows. Large double door closet. This large room has a queen size bed, and dresser. This room gets plenty of sun and will share the bathroom with the current female room mate.

The house:
New Renovation, about 1800 sq ft in a quiet neighborhood. Basically new/contemporary furnishings, Brand new appliances and an outdoor grill. Park right in front of the house everyday so need to circle around the block trying to find parking. Deanwood metro (Orange line train) is literally a little less than a 3 block walk so no need to catch a bus. I also have a maid/cleaner come to clean the house once a month at no extra cost to you!
