Im looking for a female to rent the 3rd floor of my house. The entire 3rd floor would be yours. Includes heat water and electric, cable and wireless Internet. The apt is not furnished. I would gladly accept massages for myself (36 yo male) in exchange for rent.

Would be ok with a mix of money and massage of up to half

Other skills for barter will be considered.

Has a bathroom, living room and bedroom. includes a refrigerator. Does not have a stove. ( I used a microwave. Perfect for ramen and other frozen food lol)

I lived on the 3rd floor and its plenty of room for one person. perfect for college student or younger.
