Room for Rent on the Mainline

Description

I'm either looking for a college student who needs a room until college is over or until something else happens, or a very mature person with a decent personality. I do prefer a female but will consider a male. For the college studnet I prefer no drinking, but for the mature grown person we can use our discretion. I don't mind smoking. I prefer not alot of company throughtout my house, maybe just a real close friend. You have to like because I have pitbull mixed that is really sweet and friendly. All she wants to do is lick you. I have a daughter that is in college too, and will be graduating in May of 2014 and she also works alot.
So you have to be respected in that matter. The room is a nice size. I have a fenced in yard, so you can barbecue and all that good stuff. There's plenty of room for parking. The neighborhood is very good.
