Hi, I'm looking for a female aged between 18 - 26 to rent out a room, bed is relatively new with built in wardrobes and own bathroom and toilet....

Unlimited internet, New kitchen appliances, laundry etc...Home is new, clean and tidy. I don't drink and would prefer no alcohol in the home, no smoking inside and no pets. I'm not into parties and will suit someone who would like to live in a safe quiet environment.

I would like someone who is respectful, tidy, someone that is quiet and not too loud.

The property has a bus stop across the road, within 200 metres of local shops i.e Supermarket, Bank, Chemist, Doctors and approximately 2-3 drive from train station.
