i’m a surf school owner who works in venice and lives in del rey/mar vista area. i am in a bath that i’d love to find roommates for this upcoming may 1. it’s a GREAT place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of easy parking (no street sweeping), in-unit laundry, and front and back yards. rent is super reasonable too. thirteen hundred for middle floor room fifteen hundred for top floor eighteen hundred for top floor LARGE master each has its own bathroom and balcony! about me: i’m very active and like to go to bed early, spend time with my dog, and surf and ski/snowboard!
