2 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment with enough room in the living room for a dining room table. The apartment is already more than partially furnished - only need your furniture. The apartment is very clean, with no pets. It's an apartment with college students and I am looking for another college student to take my place in the apartment. The apartment is move-in ready. There are no pets in the apartment and while pets are allowed, you would have to discuss that with the other three girls. Rent is cheap and mostly everything is included - you would need to pay for the electric and cable bill (to spilt with the other 3 girls). There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, and storage downstairs in the basement. There is washer/dryer in the basement as well, and it costs a total of $3 for a wash and dry ($1.50 each machine). The apartment is conveniently located across from Nazareth College campus and is around the corner from the Pittsford Plaza and Wegmans. December rent is already paid for and the lease ends in May.
