looking for female roomate

I live in an apartment in Lynn Haven, i am looking for a female roomate who is aged ! It is a bathroom apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine/ dryer. It is $ monthly for rent plus utilities (water, electric, wifi). Right next to a Winn dixie, walgreens, dollar store, walmart, a lot of other stores and places to eat! Free parking right next to the apartment. I already have the kitchen set up and a washing machine and dryer. I work full time and am pretty quiet, I don’t cook much so I’m a chill roomate to have LOL.
