Clean and peaceful place

My son and I are looking to rent a room and bathroom in our home to ONE person. Location is Northwest Suburbs (Fox River Grove/Lake Barrington) area.
The house has 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, gym and laundry room in the basement and large fenced backyard. Quiet and very clean space, great neighborhood, walking distance to shopping center and less than a couple minutes away from the train station!
Our current tenant will be moving out at the end of February and the room will be available as soon as March 1st.
The house is completely and comfortably furnished, so if you're looking to move in someplace that basically has everything, this could be a good fit for you!

Looking for someone friendly, mature, and responsible. Conversation is appreciated, but privacy is of course respected.

Also, please help with some household chores!
I am neat and my son and I like our house to be clean-especially the shared kitchen, which is essential for three people.
I cook, and you are welcome to (the kitchen is fully stocked.)

No drugs, smoking of any kind, or additional pets please.
