A private room/bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is available for sublet starting Dec. 1 or later. The apartment is sunny and has a big balcony. The room is spacious and has a nice big window. The apartment is located near the silver spring metro station, less than a 6 minute walk. From here you can pretty much walk anywhere in downtown silver spring. The apartment is ideal for someone working in DC since is less than a 30 minute commute to Chinatown metro station.

There is a full kitchen with all the appliances. Washer/dryer inside the unit. The kitchen and living room will have to be share with a young professional who is friendly and clean. The building has a pool, gym, business room and front desk personnel.

The rent is $740 with all utilities included except electricity and cable/wifi.

I am looking for someone who has a stable income (proof of income required) and can pay the rent on time every month.
