I am a hardworking person with a stable job. I also an artist and work from home occasionally. I am well educated, I love to cook, and I love to be a homebody. I am looking for someone who works a stable 9-5 or nights/evenings and keeps a busy schedule. I'm looking for a really cool person to room with me in my lovely two-bedroom apartment. I am asking for $1250.00 per month (all utilities included such as electric, gas, and internet) plus a $1250.00 deposit. So to move in it would be $2500.00. Ideally it would be nice to vibe with someone who can stay for an entire year (12 months) but I am open to making a deal for sublet for someone who wants to stay a shorter amount of time. The room is available starting December 1 and is fully furnished. The bedroom is approximately 15'x15' with a large closet. The common living space is very spacious and would be equally shared between roommates. The kitchen and living room space is about 40'x15'. One bathroom and you will have to provide your own AC and cable TV if you want. I am looking for individuals who is perhaps a heavy sleeper. Graduate, un-traditional students, international travelers welcome. I typically work early mornings and weekends and really enjoy my alone time in the apartment and need quiet and calm in the in the evening.
