Looking for a Roommate for this apt

I'm looking for a FEMALE roommate to rent the downstairs room of this apartment. You must be able to pass the background check, rental requirements, etc of the rental complex. The price is an estimate including utilities (I guestimate about $100 or so each for those) but I didn't include TV service because I just use Hulu, Netflix, etc. Very important to me - drug, smoke and drama free! Also, I have dining and living room furniture so you would just need to furnish your room.

I'm pretty outgoing but I don't have lots of company over, and I hope to find a roommate that is conversational from time to time. I work 8-5, M-F and do tend to go out on weekends. I also have a son, who is with me 4 nights a week. He is pretty awesome, but we don't stay in that much - I tend to take him on playdates or to the park, etc. Honestly, I'm not home that often because I like exploring Dallas since I'm new here.
