Looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath 2 story townhouse in the galleria area. Room has its own bathroom with 2 closets. You will have access to entire house. Living, kitchen, laundry (in house) front and back patio. We would split utilities (electricity, cable/internet) evenly and I prefer you sign a 6 month contract.

I'm looking for someone who is neat/clean, conscientious, responsible, mature, respectful, and a good communicator. Someone with common sense is a MUST!!! I keep a clean house and want someone to do the same by picking up after themselves and taking initiative when required for their own comfort.
