Rooms for Rent ( Free Utilities )

Description

I am a male in my Forties.I live in a 3rd floor apt that consists of 4 bedrooms,a shared living room,a shared bathroom,a shared kitchen & a back porch.I work the grave yard shift(Mon-Fri). I also work a second job over the weekends, so with that being said, if you are a person that works the 9-5 shift during the week or is in school during the day hours, there should be plenty of 'alone' time for each roommate(4). The Apt is fully furnished ( although I will require you to bring your own bedding's i.e blanket ,bed sheets, pillow cases e.t.c, for a FULL size bed ) . The rent covers all utilities which includes gas/heat,electricity, water,wireless internet,cable, trash removal. There is plenty of free "street" parking & for an extra fee,a 'shared' off street parking spot can be arranged. The location sits on the Bus line to forest hills T station to the North which is about 8 minutes by bus & to the commuter rail train station to the South, which is about 7 minutes away. I am looking for 3 people besides myself ONE PERSON PER ROOM , NO COUPLES PLEASE who are friendly non-smoking, clean & quite,has a reasonable respect for others and is Focused on their Career. No partying or "hanging out with the Crew" will be permitted when your roommates are not at home.
