Looking for a non-partying roommate

Description

I have one bedroom available to rent in an apartment at Clarendon Heights, south of SU campus, as of November 25, 2015. The apartment is kept clean (no funny smells or clutter!), and I don't have many rules. So long as you clean up after yourself and respect my time and space like I respect yours, we'll get along just fine. No pets other than cats, but you'd have to pay a one-time cat deposit fee (the amount depends on how many cats) as well as an extra monthly charge. The apartment has wifi, on- laundry facilities, and a fully furnished kitchen. The complex has a gym and outdoor pool open in the summer.

I don't host parties at my house but don't mind having people over for socialization. I currently attend OCC and work as a preschool teacher.
