Hello! Myself and my roommate are looking for a third MALE roommate to fill our apartment. We are both serious students (fourth year dental and second year BS engineering) and are both quiet and keep to ourselves, spending most of our time studying. We're very laid back and friendly.

All inclusive rent is $500 a month. The room is fully furnished - bed, mattress, desk and chair, dresser, nightstand, rug, and a few lights. Rent also includes water, gas, electric, internet, washer and dryer, and storage in the basement. We have a microwave, utensils, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and all the communal stuff.

The house is in a very safe part of Amherst, just north of UB South and is literally a ten minute walk from the school and 5 minutes from the bus stop.

No pets or smokers please.

The apartment is available July 15th. Signing the lease would include the first month's rent (July would only be $250, August and every month after would be $500) and a $500 security deposit. Lease runs from July 15th to December 31st. However, if you would like to stay for the whole school year, you can rent until mid May 2016.
