Description

I have a bedroom with a shared bathroom vacancy that needs to be filled. I own the home. I am a music teacher and the rest of my crew are other fine fellows I've discovered off of . I will be having a thorough background check to see if you are a good fit for my home. There are three others living in the house with me, and you would make the fourth.

To summarize:
Roommate needed to rent a bedroom in my 5 bedroom, four and a half bath in Baltimore. The room is furnished (bed, dresser available.) Access to shared living spaces, washer and dryer in home, free parking, close to public transport--easy drive to downtown inner harbor and fells point. Close to grocery stores (one is walking distance from the house.) Hamilton/Lauraville is one of the more high ranking neighborhoods in Baltimore to live in. We're about 10 minutes from the city.

I prefer living with men although if you're a chill woman I suppose that could work!
