Hi, my name is Andre Smith and I'm currently renting out a fully furnished room for $1500 (utilities included) in a beautiful 4 br 2ba home located in Baldwin, NY which is about 35mins from NYC, 10 mins from the Long Island Rail Road, and a 10min wait for local cabs. This room we have for rent is fully furnished with a King size bed, drawers, plenty of closet space, windows, TV's including optimum services for Wifi internet and cable. Additionally our house has a very relaxing & cozy outdoor enclosed patio which you shall have access to each day. You shall have the ability & privacy to cook your own meals if need be. Tenants shall have full privacy & silence. I am a legitimate landlord which means a Tenant Room Rental Agreement shall be signed. First month's rent & security deposit required on the move-in date before the lease is signed. Tenant shall receive their own copy of the rental agreement upon signing. A tenant background check shall be done but, if your an honest tenant, then you have nothing to hide. Please feel free to ask for photo's or any detailed questions for your own peace of mind & if your interested to come see the place, we welcome that too. We are looking to rent the room asap.
