This room is larger than most studio apartments. The bathroom is the size of a regular bedroom. Walk in closet. All the benefits of a private apartment, plus the use of a huge property. We have two refrigerators in the kitchen so its not so cramped. 3 adults currently share the house. This room is most ideal for a couple, as a single person the rent would be higher to accommodate for utility split. Pets considered, rent and deposit would increase slightly depending on the pet.
