I am searching for someone to take over my lease starting in February, with a final move-out date of July st.

The room for rent is located close to USC within a -bathroom townhouse. You'll be living with other female USC students, but you'll only share a bathroom with one roommate. This two-story townhouse features a communal living area and kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Currently, my rent is $, but I'm offering an attractive deal for move-in: you'll only need to pay half of the rent for both February and March, which breaks down to just $ per month—essentially giving you a month free!
