Room Needed for Stable Man

Hello! The family is growing in the home where I'm renting a room, so I'm relocating. Currently in Orange Park, but willing to move anywhere within 45 minute drive to NAS Jacksonville.
About me:
- Retired Navy Chief, without the mouth of a sailor :)
- Now working civil service at NAS (IT job)
- White male, early 50's, active & athletic
- I like animals and they usually like me (though I won't bring any)
- Social drinker & non-smoker (of anything)
- Background investigation ready
- References available
- Courteous & considerate
- Like to socialize, but not a hard party guy

My new home wish-list:
- A room in a house
- Large enough for my king-size bedroom furniture
- no smoking or outdoor smoking
- Use of Common spaces
- Use of one space in a garage
- Some storage space
- Swimming pool
- hot tub (or allowed to bring mine)

Expected rent depends on how many wishes come true :)
