Junction Apartments is less than .5 miles from the main CSU campus and has direct access to Spring Creek Trail and Morelan Row Park. Roommates have their routines and keep to themselves. Off-street parking is also available.

The new tenant will sign a lease with the management of Junction Apartments. The rent is $749/month, but I’m open to negotiations to make this an easy transition for you.
