Hi everyone,

My name is Taylor Dworkin, and I am looking for a roommate for this semester, or someone that is interested in having a place for summer research. A bit about me: I studied biochemistry at Washington University in St. Louis where I picked up minors in business and anthropology. During my downtime, I enjoy going to the gym and cooking. If I am not studying, I will most likely be listening to an audiobook like the Expanse Series, Project Hail Mary, or The Iron Prince or I am playing with my cat, Iris. I'm looking for 1 roommate who is also a medical students or someone who is associated with UAMS.

The house I am in is a -minute walk from campus in a quiet, student-friendly neighborhood. It’s a bathroom house with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The house is on North Pine Street near the South end of campus and I can provide an in person or virtual tour of the house.

I'm looking for roommates who value cleanliness and have a similar study-focused lifestyle. I am also happy to talk about living preferences. The house is non-smoking, but it does allow cats and small dogs. There is also a small yard out back that will have a grill and chairs.
Rent for the room is around . Utilities are not included. There will be a -dollar refundable security deposit in case of damages.
