Living/dining/kitchen fully furnished, but also happy to rearrange for what you bring. Lovely quiet and safe neighborhood right next to a church, public park, and down the street from an elementary school. I’m a F legal professional who mostly works from home. The smaller 3rd bd is used as office/music studio space, which you will have access to and I’d be happy to share if you also work remotely! Open to male or female, pets possible after discussion. Ideally looking for roommate around same age (late s) who is also a professional or grad student, or who works in music industry. Rent is $ before utilities and is negotiable.
