Two furnished rooms, large home.

I will continue to be in the home through April of , so this is a short term/seasonal room rental. Minimum days, after days you have the option to continue weekly or monthly through April when my lease ends. I have two furnished rooms (beds and mattresses are brand new, never laid on), shared bathroom if both rooms are full. There is a private room upstairs that can also serve as a multi-use room with a sofa sleeper, coffee table, and TV. There is a large loft area upstairs as well. Downstairs there is a large living room, large kitchen with stone countertops and a roughly ’ island, extra full size private fridge/freezer that you are free to use. large walking pantry, washer and drier, lots of storage space, a two car garage that can really fit one car, bathrooms in total. There is a large private backyard and BBQ grills, although it won’t have much use during the winter. There are three very social and friendly cats, unfortunately I am not permitted to have more animals so I can’t take anyone with pets. I have an alarm system, as well as a camera system in the home as well, so it is very secure. The house is also in a gated community with a code that changes every day, it’s a very clean and quiet neighborhood. Deposit is ($) and fully refundable. assuming that is what this form means by “move in fee”.
