Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over (manager has approved this request) my lease at Camden North Quarter, Formosa Floorplan with a balcony facing Orange Ave. Move-in date is flexible but apt is available starting January .

*Although Camden does not normally allow lease take overs, the manager has approved my request due to special circumstances and he will be happy to talk to you if you would like.*

Lease ends but can be renewed.

Building has concierge, reliable mail/packaging system through the concierge, rooftop pool, nice gym, dog park, and it’s very clean. Maintenance is very quick and helpful. F is in the same building :)


You would be taking over my lease: I would add you as my roommate, then remove myself from the lease. I already paid the deposit when I moved in, so no deposit needed.

You will have to pay an application fee directly to Camden (I believe it's $) and be approved by Camden.

No furniture included but we can negotiate if interested.
