Rent: Ground floor room per month, water and electricity sharing.

Furniture & Room: The community provides large furniture (washing machine, dryer, air conditioning...) There is a separate cloakroom fully equipped.
Roommates: two ECE doctoral boys, live on the second floor, the new roommate will live on the first floor, roommates are nice, quiet will not have a party at home, don’t have any bad habits.
Facilities: The community is quiet, the green is pretty good, and entrance control is safe at night, there is a gym, billiard room, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court.
Transportation: There are a bus directly to the UF at the gate of the community, the post office is across the street, and Publix is within walking distance. 5 min drive from Enson market.
