Reliable Renter

Description

I'm looking for a safe, stable home for myself and my 6 pound yorkie/chihuahua mix. I don't cook extensively and would more than likely spend all of my time in my room if I'm not out, so, there should be no cleanliness complaints. Charlie is paper trained and rarely misses his potty pads, so, he's been privileged with roaming his home freely but can be contained if really necessary. He's a very social dog, so, I would prefer that my roommates be friendly towards him/give him a little attention once in awhile. I'm currently single and will sadly spend most nights alone but I am human and might have an occasional quiet, discreet visitor.
