I'm looking for a private room with private bath in the $500 month range. I NEED internet, air conditioning/heat and no drama. I work long hours, leaving home before sun up and getting in after 9 or 10 most nights, so I like peace and quite. I don't have a lot of visitors/traffic but don't mind if housemates do, as long as their peeps are respectful. It must be smoke free.
