Spacious House, Great Yard!

Hello!

I’m looking to rent either one or two bedrooms in my house in West Seattle, just off of 509. Lots of details below, and you can me or text me at with more questions.

About the House
Spacious (1600sqft) with two floors, hardwood upstairs and carpet downstairs. Back deck with a view of our awesome backyard, which has a neat little brick patio and stone fire pit.

HUGE kitchen with stainless steel appliances. I love to cook, so it usually smells good.

Cost
The total rent of the house is $1820. I’d prefer to split it with just one other person, as there is only one bathroom, in that case the rent would be $910 each. I’m willing to split it three ways if I found the right people, in which case the smaller bedroom would be $560 and the two larger ones would be $630.

The bathroom has a ton of storage and a full sized tub and shower, so hopefully it won’t be too cramped.

I recently moved to Seattle from Washington DC, and am working at a film production company downtown. I have family in the area, so I'd like to be able to have them visit occasionally, but I'm not looking to have a party house by any means.

I'm a curious person by nature, and love to learn new things. I play piano, and am hoping to get one soon! I also love to paint and draw.

A little about you: you're clean and tidy, can pass a basic background/credit check (also per the landlord's requirements). I don't have any gender preference, I simply request that we meet for coffee or lunch to see if it's a good fit. Really looking to create a positive and respectful environment, where everyone feels welcome and unburdened.
