Hey so I have a 2br apartment in Vancouver. It is on the third floor right behind the main office and pool. You would have your own bedroom. It is a shared bathroom. Kitchen, living room area is all shared. I have basic furniture (i.e. couch, table, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV, entertainment stand, etc.) It has a full size Washer and Dryer. The bedroom is unfurnished.

Rent is $500 flat. I pay for utilities, internet, and Netflix.

I am a 24 year old male. I work in Portland. I am very chill and laid back, no drama. I am in the US Marine Corps. Pretty simple really. If you have questions, just ask.

I am looking for:
Male or Female.
Between the age of 18 and 30 years old.
No couples or families.
Chill person, no drama.
Must have a confirmed job that makes at least more than rent for obvious reasons.

Pets:
I do not own any pets but I am not against them. However the apartment will charge you a lot to house them. So you will have to handle that with the apartment lady.
