Description

We have a room available in a 3br townhome at Rock Creek Circle in Superior. You would be taking over my lease in the house since I need to move closer to my job.

About Roommates:
They are two females ages 23 and 24, both originally from Illinois and relatively new to Colorado. One is a lab tech at CU Boulder and the other is a Grad Student at CU boulder. Both are usually gone for the day M-F. If you would like to carpool to CU Boulder or Boulder in general this would be perfect for you :) Both enjoy working out (sometimes together) and going off on adventures in the mountains. We have a cute little black lab who is 1 year old, really calm, doesn't bark, jump, beg, or eat any of your belongings (unless you leave a book on the ground).

About the Townhouse/Lease:
-Lease: Nov 15- June 30 with possibility to renew
- 3 Br 2.5 Bath
- Washer and dryer in unit
- 2 car garage
- Very Sunny with skylights upstairs and large windows in the bed rooms as well as throughout the house.
- Front porch
- Clubhouse with gym
- Outdoor pool with Jacuzzi which t is open year round (both cleaned regularly)
- Updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances
- 1 exit away from table mesa and foothills parkway exit in Boulder
- Across the street from Flatiorns Crossing Mall and Safeway
- Here is a link to a different town home which is identical to ours , (I don't have very many pictures of ours). The only difference is the kitchen in our unit is more up to date with granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances. The pictures attached to this ad are the actual pictures from our unit. Because we all just moved to CO this summer we don't have much furniture so furniture is encouraged!
