Private room and bathroom in West LA/Brentwood area (close to Wilshire and the 405!). Spacious, newly constructed 3-bed/3-bath apartment. In-unit washer and dryer. The other two rooms are occupied by two very neat and friendly female professionals in their early twenties. We like to go out on the weekends, but we don't bring the party back to the apartment, and would expect a roommate to have the same consideration. Preferred roommate would be another young professional (male or female).Neighborhood is very safe, with everything you need close by (grocery stores, dry cleaners, restaurants,etc).
