I am looking for a female to share a studio with. it has a kitchen area a bathroom and there is washer and dryer in the building there is street parking.. the female needs to be a young professional that is reliable responsible and very respectful and nice persona. she needs to be super clean and pick up after her self.. the person that I am looking needs to be in the contract with the studio and the lease is for one year,, your share would be $600 + 1/2 utilities. there isparking with a permit.. the Studio is located in Korea Town, on N Kenmore Ave and 3th St. is very close to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, the Grove
