My new is Kyle and I am 27. I am now currently a single, white male. I have a degree in Business Admin in Marketing and am an Advance Master Fitness Trainer. I am also a nutritionist and cpr/aed Certified, fully insured. I do not drink nor smoke obviously. I life a very healthy lifestyle and am dealing with a life situation due to a terrible separation. while she whipped our joint clean, after totaling my car (I still have a vehicle) and taking off to Tennessee I have 700 put away and have more than one stable source of income which can be discussed, however one of which is monthly annuities so rent is guaranteed. I am very clean and am very open and have a huge heart. If someone out there has a room for rent from Jupiter down to West Palm and would like a secure, clean cut and intellectual guy please let me know as soon as possible! , , one dash , O . Four 3 O.
P.S. I am a straight male not looking for any other arrangements than noted. don't waste your time if you have other agendas. thank you very much for your time. I pray to hear from someone soon. I cannot dumb myself down to a biweekly rental in which I could rent two houses for at their rates, nor am I a person who could live that way for even a moment. thanks again!
