Hi! I'm Ivonna a 22 year old marketing professional with an 8 month old maltipoo puppy. I have a bedroom available in my two bedroom apartment for an immediate move in. I live in Harlem on 145th street near the ABCD and 3 trains. There is a NYSC, Starbucks, and many groceries stores in the area. I live on the 6th floor of a walk up and although it sounds extreme it makes for a really safe living environment.
Rent is $900 utilities included ( electricity, gas, cable, and wifi). I need first months rent and security deposit (refundable). The room is pretty small (usual for NYC) but the apartment is spacious.
I'm looking for a chill roommate (420 friendly) who respects the space as shared. I'm really open and easy to talk to. I'm the type of person who needs a stress free living environment so please no drama.
