Rooms to let in Windsor Locks, CT, USA

The room is in a completed basement but the only bathroom is upstairs. You will get a very large room attached to a basement bar. The room does not have a door but you are free to hang beads or come up with some sort of entrance for your room. I rarely go into the basement unless it is to take care of my cats who have a room attached to the bar and to do laundry which is on the opposite side of the basement form the bedroom so it should not be an invasive issue. The house is over sqft that you have full access to other than my bedroom, I have a home gym (being worked on), and a very nice porch with a fire pit and fans so it’s good for seasons.
