Private bedroom and separate bathroom available. All bedroom doors are keyed. The room is currently furnished, but can be delivered empty. There are currently two single gay men in the house. We are fairly quiet and very respectful of our roommates. PLEASE NOTE: there are two cats (Janey & Betty) and one dog (Kiki) in the house. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH CATS OR DOGS, YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER ROOM. Kiki mostly stays upstairs with my roommate. I can't have any more pets in the house. There's easy street parking; the neighborhood is very safe.
